The PhD project will investigate Reboot (REcovery BOOsTing coaching) a psychological intervention which has been associated with improvements in burnout, depression and resilience in a range of healthcare professionals. The project will adapt Reboot for general practitioners (GPs), who report particularly high rates of work-related stress and burnout. It will then evaluate the adapted intervention to see whether it may be helpful for GPs. The project will also involve a systematic review and meta-analysis.
